What is a Volunteer?
Most volunteers won't tell you why they volunteer, but we'll share their well-kept secrets. They report that they get back in satisfaction and joy more than they ever expend in inconvenience or effort-what you get back is immeasurable. They also know that volunteering helps you feel needed, learn new skills, keep your taxes down, cope with personal problems, meet new people, and share with those who have less.
