About 83% of all funds expended goes toward helping people who really need help. The rest, about 17 cents of every dollar, goes towards fund-raising and administrative expenses - an unprecedented level of dollar efficiency.
Experienced volunteers evaluate agency applications for funding and ensure that your contributions are well spent.
